Every session begins with a relaxed conversation to discuss your goals, challenges, and any concerns. As your hypnotherapist, I'll guide you through the process and customise the session to suit your individual needs.
You'll be gently guided into a calm, focused, and deeply relaxed state—similar to meditation or daydreaming. You remain in control the entire time, fully aware and able to respond if needed.
While in this relaxed state, your subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestion and healing. I may use visualisation, affirmations, or other therapeutic techniques to help shift limiting beliefs, release emotional blocks, or reframe past experiences.
After the therapeutic work is complete, you'll be gently guided back to full awareness. Most people feel calm, refreshed, and often surprised at how natural the experience feels. You remain in control throughout the process.
